She helps individuals learn new skills that can benefit both their personal lives and employment prospects, while aiming to boost self-esteem, build confidence, and improve mental health.

Shabana is the Founder and Project Lead of Sew n Sustain, where she combines her passion for sewing with a commitment to sustainability, community, and wellbeing.
Through her work, she supports individuals particularly those experiencing mental health challenges by creating safe, creative spaces where they can learn practical skills, build confidence, and reconnect with themselves.
